The Pool Shop has always taken good care of me over the past 15 years. Diane [the owner] treats you more like a neighbor than a customer. The weekly cleanings are reliable and when my equipment needs attention, they take care of it quickly and their prices are very fair.

I emailed The Pool Shop photos of my pool and equipment for a quick estimate. They told me my current filter was oversized for my pool and gave me the option of downsizing to the correct size. None of the other companies estimates mentioned that. I ended up saving over $150 dollars!

I would like to let you know how pleased we are with your pool service but especially want you to know that Dustin...is by far the best cleaner we have had. He spends a great deal of time making sure that it is clean and every thing is working and never rushes. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and we appreciate it very much.

We had family coming in last weekend for our annual reunion. I was so busy I didn't realize the pool pump had been broken until your cleaner pointed it out. He handled everthing just in time. Thank you for fixing us up with such short notice! We all had such a wonderful weekend enjoying the pool :)
